My next autoship order is about to reopen, and I am not ready for it. What can I do?

Solution

You can place your autoship order 'on hold', meaning that it will not reopen on the scheduled date.  The order will remain on hold until you 'Activate' it yourself. 

To do this, login to your leads customer account and click on the Autoship Manager section.  Next to each active autoship order you will see the “Hold Order” link.

 

To restart, simply return to this page and the top link will now say 'Activate'. 

If you need to close your autoship order you can do this from that section as well.
