What is NEM`s policy on lead replacements?

NEM offers you an easy way to maximize your lead investment with us by using our Automatic Lead Replacement feature located in your Leads Control Panel. Our Replacement Policy gives you up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the lead to submit a request for replacement.

Within 5 days of submitting your request, you will receive a 'Granted' or 'Denied' response from NEMServe support. If granted, your replacement lead will be automatically delivered to your Leads Control Panel or other previously assigned destination such as a Prospecting System or Contact Manager. If denied, you will receive a response from NEMServe support with an explanation.

Following are APPROVED replacement requests:

  * Disconnected telephone
  * Wrong number
  * Minor (under 18 years old)
  * Located outside US & Canada
  * Information submitted by a third party (unwillingly)
  * Someone is reverse pitching/selling you a service or product

Following are NON-VALID replacement requests:

  * Prospect is not interested
  * Person never answers the phone
  * Unable to leave a voice mail message
  * Email has been returned as undeliverable
  * Person has been contacted by someone from same company previously
  * Prospect is already involved in network marketing
  * Prospect does not speak fluent English
