How do I get a replacement for a bad lead?

Solution

OPTION#1

1.Login into your NEM account in your Back-Office control panel

2.Choose `Return a Bad Lead for Replacement`

3.Find the area that says, 'Enter Email address of `Bad` Lead', and type in the bad lead`s e-mail address

4.Wait for your response

 

OPTION#2

1.Once logged in, choose `View & Download Your Lead`

2.Go to `Order Details` and choose the lead order in question

3.Choose  `Click to View`

4.Click on `Click to view this lead` for lead to be submitted for replacement

5.Follow through to the bottom of the next page

6.Wait for your response

 

Leads submitted for replacement will be verified by Client Services within 7 days of submission. If the replacement is accepted, you will receive a `Replacement Granted Email`, and a replacement lead will be sent to your account automatically when one becomes available. If it is denied, you will receive a `Replacement Denial Email`, with an explanation regarding why it was denied.
